Story


The Idea for HeyBrewty Wellness was born from Swathi's personal journey towards a more wholesome life.

As a biotechnologist, fitness enthusiast and foodie, Swathi discovered that true wellness extends far beyond the gym, nutrition, and the absence of illness. She realised it also encompasses the dance of movement, the quality of thought, heartfelt expressions and the joy of community.

The name HeyBrewty playfully  merges the words 'beauty' and 'brew', reflecting the belief that everyone's potential is waiting to be nurtured and realized – much like the intricate process of brewing.

Through powerful shared experiences, HeyBrewty provides a safe, supportive environment with the right tools and connections needed for each individual to flourish.

Bhavya

Bhavya, a yoga instructor & functional trainer with 7 years of experience, is certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Acro, & Pre/Post Natal Yoga. Combining her background as a former National level athlete with her credentials as a Stress Therapist and Mental Wellness Coach, she offers a comprehensive approach to fitness and well-beinging.

Spandhana

Spandhana leads individuals to holistic well-being with her expertise in yoga therapy and sound meditations. By merging ancient wisdom with modern needs, she applies traditional yoga philosophies to empower people in today’s fast-paced world, helping her clients harmonize body, mind, and spirit for balance and inner peace.

Manasa

Manasa Kannan is a Pilates instructor and a women's coach specialist. She is passionate about spreading the joy of movement and is an advocate to move the way that brings you joy. She has taught over 200+ fitness enthusiasts through group and personal classes from all walks of life and is currently diving into the intricacies of women's health.

Prachi

Prachi is certified in Hatha and Aerial yoga, as well as healing practices like Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation. With over five years of experience teaching, She believes in tapping into the world's energy by reconnecting with nature and oneself. Prachi invites you to join her in exploring, discovering, and expanding deeper states of the self.

Vaishali

Vaishali is a somatic wellness coach who creates personalized practices for healing, growth, and creativity. She focuses on the felt body’s role in life, teaching harmony with biological intell- igence to flow with life and access personal power. With certifications in yoga, movement, and meditation, she offers breath repatterning, embodied meditation, yoga nidra, and coaching for menstrual cycles and the nervous system.

Gowri

Gowri Murthy is a passionate classical dancer, yoga practitioner, animal flow instructor, and breathwork teacher who values art. Her love for community building and movement arts grew from her background in sports and other activities. Gowri strives to reveal yoga’s true essence, often overshadowed by a focus on complex poses and weight loss, and aims to remind everyone that yoga is accessible in all aspects of life.

Namratha

Namratha helps people connect to their inner world through art and heart-to-heart conversations. She is a certified art therapist who works with individuals and groups to create a safe, non-judgmental space for them to connect with their hearts & express themselves freely. In her workshops, she explores various practices such as intuitive art making, creative body movements, journaling, theatre exercises, gratitude meditations, and nature connections.
